This is a multi-purpose metal processing fluid used in processing various metals (cutting and grinding) by mixing with water at the rate of 5% to 10%. 

It is used as a lubricant and cooler in light and heavy chip removal processes of aluminum and copper alloys and metals such as mild steel and cast iron, and in chipless machining of aluminum rods. It cools perfect. 

Warning: During the preparation of emulsion, oil must be added into the water slowly while the water in the tank is circulating. Water must never be added to the oil. Before preparing a new emulsion, the tank must be completely drained and cleaned. Normal water must never be used in emulsion additions, instead, the required additions must be made with the emulsion in the appropriate concentration prepared in a separate tank.
