This is a mold release agent used by making an emulsion with water. It has been formulated with well-refined mineral oils and special additives to prevent adhesion of the concrete to the molds. 

It delivers smooth surfaces for the objects and protects the metal molds against corrosion and rust. Oil at a predetermined amount is added to water and continuously mixed to obtain emulsion from the mold oil (water must not be added to oil). 

The emulsion can be applied to the molds by brush or spray. Surfaces of the molds must be thoroughly cleaned before the application of emulsion to have more economic and better results.
